Service terms
These terms apply to Tendou Pte. Ltd.’s US-focused managed SEO, AEO and GEO subscriptions. By paying through Stripe, the customer authorises recurring monthly billing for the selected plan and agrees to these terms.
What Tendou delivers
Each subscription covers one business website and the service, market and customer question saved during onboarding. Steady includes one implementation or recheck batch and one evidence update per month. Accelerator includes up to five scheduled implementation or recheck batches, with more frequent evidence updates. Accelerator may move to the next approved question, keyword or location after the current batch is completed and verified. Five-times delivery capacity does not mean or guarantee five-times rankings, citations, enquiries or revenue. Exact work depends on platform compatibility, available access and the agreed business facts. Evidence distinguishes an AI recommendation, where the business is named, from an AI citation, where the website is used or linked as a source. Tendou may track later Google Search Console changes as a downstream result, but does not represent that a single citation caused every ranking or traffic change.
Customer responsibilities
The customer keeps ownership of all accounts and provides accurate business information, timely approvals and scoped access through invitations or supported integrations. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Work requiring unsupported access, a redesign, migration, paid advertising, third-party fees or a new market is outside the plan unless agreed separately.
No ranking guarantee
Search engines and AI platforms control their results. Tendou commits to the documented work and evidence, not a guaranteed rank, citation, traffic increase, lead count or revenue outcome.
Billing
Stripe charges the selected monthly price on the subscription start date and each monthly renewal date until cancellation. Applicable taxes and separately approved third-party costs may be additional. A failed or overdue payment may pause delivery until billing is restored.
Access, approvals and rollback
Tendou uses the least access required. Material changes to services, prices, locations or business claims require customer confirmation. Technical changes should use an appropriate backup or rollback path where the platform permits.
Liability and law
Each party remains responsible for its own accounts, content and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
